Vinaigrette Recipe
Description
Russian Vinaigrette Salad (Vinegret) is a classic mix salad based on beetroot and olive oil with potatoes pickled cucumber, carrots and some other ingredients very easy to cook.
Ingredients (3 persons)
2 beetroots
3carrots
4 potatoes
3 pickled cucumbers
1 onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon vinegar or 1 tablespoon lemon juice

To taste
1 apple
Green canned peas
2 eggs
Parsley
Dill
Directions
Boil potatoes, beetroot and carrot for 40 minutes.
Peel them after and cut into little cubes.
Peel all other ingredients and cut also on small cubes. If you cook with eggs, boil eggs first, separate egg yolk from egg white, use only egg white.
Mix carefully all ingredients and add oil with vinegar or lemon juice.
Add salt, black pepper parsley or dill to taste.
