We are educated nation. We have free education even in the best universities. We like reading and we will be very surprised if you tell us that you don't like reading and read only a few books a year.
Since Soviet epoch when education was deep and strong (and still is) we like to discuss interesting and complicated topics like science, medicine, education, literature and others. Except economy and politics we are ready and open to discuss them with foreigners. We like to criticize our life and social difficulties, but if foreigner will do the same we will definitely defend Russia. We love our country in fact with all advantages and disadvantages, it is our homeland.
We like watching discovery channel and we like culture too. We often go to museums and theatres. For interesting culture events all tickets are sold in first two hours.
We like everything modern and popular. We do take advantages of western capitalism, why not. Sometimes we go crazy with this. We bought the first golden Rolls Royce in the world, when IPhone 7 appeared in our stores hundreds of people for hours were waiting in queues to catch it.
Because of Soviet Period when everybody were equal, people wore same clothes, ate the same food and had the same things, today in modern Russia new generation wants to be individual to show it. We have thousands fresh ideas and startups, we like to dream and to help our ideas come true.
We are a family nation. We prefer strong family life and many children. In Russia people usually get married at 25-27 years. Mothers prefer concentrate on children while fathers work and gain money. For Russians it is ideal model of Family while sometimes impossible. When we need money - both parents work and children go to grandparents or to kindergarten.
Because of many historical changes in our lives for the last twenty years we are very prepared to unstable and unpredictable situations. We got used to changes we except the worst and hope for the best. We have overcome collapse of USSR, hard 90s years, two economic defaults in 1998 and 2008, collapse of Russian currency ruble in 2014, crash of banking system in 2015 and many other unpleasant events. It seems that we will overcome everything. Yes we are strong and ready.
Russian women are the most beautiful in the world. This is how foreigners think and we agree. It seems to be truth. Anyway Russian women prefer to take care of themselves and stay stylish.
