Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Description
Beef Stroganoff is a meat dish which was created in Imperian Period by famous noble Russian Stroganov family. Today this dish is popular all over the world.
Here is a simple receipe how you can cook this dish at your home.
Ingredients (4 persons)
1 kg beef meat
4 table spoons of sour cream
2 table spoon tomatoe canned sause
2 onions
4 tablespoons of suflower oil
300 ml of meat broth
2 table spoons of mustard
100 gr flower
100 gr butter
1 tablespoon mustard
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Slice meat 1 cm thin pieces 4-5 cm long.
In sauce pan mix broth, sour cream, butter, mustard and tomato canned sauce, add salt and black pepper to taste, heating at boiling for 1 minute. After take away from fire. Mix meat with flower. Cut onions into small pieces and put on maximum fire in another pan. At the same time add oil and mix onions in the pan. Put your meat on onions and mix everything carefully for 5 minutes.
Then put onion and meat in the sauce pan with sauce, put this pan once again on small fire and cook for 30 minutes.
For garnish you can prepare rice or boiled potatoes.
